GUIDELINES: The Chamber staff reserves the right to approve event submissions to best serve the general public’s needs. Please consider the many other ways to promote your event if it doesn’t meet this criteria:  

-- Organized by established and known Pauls Valley organizations and businesses
-- Purposefully planned for the general public instead of a select group already informed
-- Submitted at least 2 weeks before the event date
-- Nonprofit events especially welcome
-- Chamber members get priority consideration
